Outpatient Substance Abuse Counseling
The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Tru-Integrity Wellness & Counseling Center in Perryville includes weekly group therapy and individual counseling sessions. Clients in the IOP program typically start by attending four group sessions per week, with the frequency decreasing based on their progress. Successful clients gradually reduce to three weekly sessions as clinically advised. Each client meets with their primary IOP counselor at least once every other week for individual sessions and undergoes weekly urinalysis testing as part of the program. Mental Health Evaluations are conducted for all clients, who are also encouraged to have a Psychiatric Evaluation and may receive medication management if needed.
Since its establishment, Tru-Integrity Wellness & Counseling Center has been committed to bolstering communities with innovative, recovery-centered strategies, connecting individuals battling alcohol or drug addiction with effective treatment options to foster long-term recovery and success. Our services cater to the overall well-being of our clients, supporting adults and adolescents seeking guidance and resilience against addiction.
Traditional Outpatient (Level I.1)
This service emphasizes education, self-awareness, defense mechanism identification, building sober support networks, and relapse prevention. The program spans approximately 26 weeks for adults impacted by substance abuse, with progression contingent on meeting individualized treatment plan goals.
Intensive Outpatient (Level II.1)
For individuals with severe chemical dependency issues, traditional outpatient care may be insufficient. Our Intensive Outpatient program offers a more rigorous counseling approach, combining group and individual sessions for over nine hours weekly. This program aims to stabilize clients and introduce recovery tools, with flexible scheduling to accommodate personal and professional responsibilities.
Individual Counseling
Through one-on-one sessions in a supportive and confidential setting, clients can explore personal issues, work through impactful memories, and strive for personal change. Counseling addresses a range of needs, from overcoming life challenges and past trauma to substance abuse treatment and personal development.
